At Minute Men, our adjusting staff "manages" claims – we do not simply "monitor" and pay claims. Our adjusters' caseloads do not simply mirror "Best Practices" – our practice is focused on manageable caseloads in combination with a robust claims system and intuitive cost management tools. Our Claim Manager has been with the Wisconsin TPA since its inception, and our account dedicated claims staff has combined Workers' Compensation experience in excess of 25 years.
